3 Steps to Making Your Own Apple Cider Vinegar Salads

By Susie J.

Eating Salads Every day Will Help With ALL Skin Issues

So many stars and celebrities started raving about the miraculous benefits of apple cider vinegar acne treatment. Apple cider vinegar acne treatment is made from apple cider vinegar, which is made from fermented apples, and is considered one of nature’s greatest beauty secrets. For centuries, people have been using apple cider vinegar for skin care and natural healing. But why? What is the connection between apple cider vinegar and acne?

ACV is one of the best natural remedies for curing acne. ACV is a natural antiseptic which not only helps to relieve and treat acne, but is also good for your skin, hair, and nails. ACV can be used in two ways, either by itself as an acne treatment, or by mixing it with other ingredients for an apple cider vinegar mixture or ACV mouthwash.

The first step of using ACV as part of your acne cure is to make a part apple cider vinegar drink for every day consumption. You can either make a big enough drink for yourself to drink by mixing it with water or mix it with equal parts water. Either way you’ll need to add the ACV into your daily intake one part at a time, such as every morning or evening. You should also start seeing results in just a few weeks!

For the second part of the apple cider vinegar detox drink, mix one part apple cider vinegar with two parts purified water for every eight ounce glass you’re drinking. To make the mixture, simply add all of the ACV into your water. You don’t have to worry about getting the correct ratio, so don’t worry if you don’t, because it’s easy. Next, add your lemon juice and mint leaves to the mixture. It’s best to do this once a day, but depending on how bad your acne is you may want to do it more often.

The final step of the three-part apple cider vinegar detox is to do a homemade made salad dressing mix. To make this salad dressing mix you’ll simply add a teaspoonful of the ACV to a small bowl of water along with a quarter cup of olive oil. Stir until the oil completely emulsifies. Then you just let the mixture cool down and you can add it to your salads, or you can even use it as a dip for crackers or bread. Be careful not to let the excess water into the mixture, so that the dressing doesn’t become too watery. You’ll want to serve the salad dressing with a piece of cracker or piece of bread, because this will be what your guests are going to think is the most delicious part of your homemade detox diet.

There are many ways you can use apple cider vinegar to help your body cleanse itself. There are many recipes out there, but the one thing you need to remember about these recipes is that they need to be made carefully and in advance. If you put the ingredients together and leave it on your counter for a couple of hours, then you run the chance of it becoming rancid. What you want to do is make an apple cider vinegar salad dressing as soon as you get home from work so that you have time to let the vinegar mixture to cool off before using it.
