Away With Acne

The Apple Cider Vinegar Acne Solution

By Susie J.

Acne is a huge problem that affects millions of people across the globe. It’s estimated that around 85 percent of the population suffers from recurring acne. It is most commonly seen in teenagers and young adults, but everyone is at a potential risk. The apple cider vinegar acne solution can help anyone who suffers from acne regardless of the cause.

Acne can be caused by a variety of different factors and it is very difficult to pinpoint the exact cause for a specific person. For teenagers, it is often a result of hormonal changes in the body. It could also stem from a suffering immune system, poor hygiene, an unhealthy diet, or increased stress.

All of these different causes eventually lead to an increase of oil secretion on the face. This oil is then trapped inside the pores of the face along with certain impurities. The oil and impurities cause the growth of bacteria, which then results in the pimples or zits that we are all familiar with.

Potential Treatments.

There are a lot of potential treatments floating around. Chances are, you’ve seen some of the commercials advertising the latest acne fighting solutions that all of the celebrities use. Truthfully, there’s no need to invest in an expensive multi-stage formula in most cases.

Acne must be combatted in two ways. On one hand, you need to fight against acne in the long term. This means making some healthy lifestyle choices that will reduce the risk of acne breakouts in the future. You must eat a healthy diet, find techniques for managing stress, improve hygiene, and so forth.

Second, you need to fight against any current breakout of acne that is already visible. The lifestyle changes mentioned above may not yield results right away, thus it’s possible you will experience more breakouts in the near future. Having a remedy for dealing with existing acne makes it possible to eliminate those breakouts as they occur. Apple cider vinegar happens to be one of the best possible remedies for doing this.

The Apple Cider Vinegar Acne Solution.

Apple cider vinegar(ACV) has been used for different health reasons for a very long time. It has some pretty powerful antiseptic, anti-bacterial, and detoxifying properties. It can be great for the body when ingested in small amounts. Small amounts can also be applied directly to a breakout to start fighting the acne immediately.

If applying to sensitive skin you should dilute a small amount of ACV with some water. The ratio of water to vinegar will depend on the strength of the ACV and the sensitivity of your skin. Some people don’t dilute the solution at all because their skin is not sensitive.

Dip a cotton ball into the mixture and then pat it on the areas of skin with acne. Let the mixture dry completely on the skin and then rinse with water. You will need to repeat this each day for a few days before it yields results.

No Need To Go Commercial.

There’s no need to invest in expensive commercial products that rely on potentially dangerous chemicals. ACV is a great, natural solution for getting rid of acne and it’s available at most grocery stores.
