Eating fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and drinking lots of water will increase your collagen and elastin production. You’ll also want to make sure you are getting plenty of daily exercise. Exercise helps get rid of toxins and stress, two things that can lead to unhealthy skin and can cause skin care anti aging problems as well.
Third, let’s talk about your stress levels. High levels of stress can cause hormonal changes that lead to increased wrinkles and other signs of aging. You want to reduce your stress levels and keep them as low as possible. This is not hard to do if you know how to meditate and laugh. Find out what’s causing your stress and eliminate it.
